Any traveler can share his/her trip itinerary on NVR Travels website or social media pages. Trips on NVR Travels can be either public or private.

Immunizations are not required to visit India. (Exception: if you are traveling from an area infected with Yellow Fever, you must have a certificate.) Depending on the season and region of travel, certain vaccinations and/ or medications are suggested and we will recommend preventative measures. We do encourage all travelers to be current on routine immunizations.

To book a tour, we suggest you that you view the India Journeys Page on the website, which include many tours that are being taken by most of the tourists coming to India. If you intend to make any changes, or customize your travel itinerary, you can request a quote by filling our online query form or sending us an e mail at: bookings@nvrtravels.in

All group booking requests can be mailed to us at bookings@nvrtravels.in and we will revert to you within 24 hours. Alternately calling us on +91 844 733 2118 (standard charges apply) with all details. When looking for group bookings, we request you to please include as many details of your travel as possible, as number of adults and children travelling, preferred dates and destinations, budget, etc.

For all hotel bookings made on the website, you will receive a confirmation number via email and holiday packages booked over the phone, our reservation agents would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel or packages. Your travel would be confirmed over e-mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel.

Call us right away. If it’s after normal business hours, please contact the next involved travel expert (airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line) to cancel any reservations you will not be able to use. If you purchased travel insurance, please contact the insurance company’s 24-hour line to start the cancellation process and ensure your maximum refund.

Yes, NVR Travels has special rates with many hotels all over the Indian Subcontinent. We are sure that we will be able to offer you the hotels for your budget in the destination wanted by you. As for as hotels are concerned we have hotels of every standard in India. You will find some of the world class hotels in India. Do inform us what kind of hotels you are looking for. We also make arrangements for big conferences, Meetings and incentives. You can also book specialized holidays like yoga, spa and Ayurveda Packages.

We need 50% of the total tour cost at the time of the confirmation of the tour. This is to be sure that your booking a genuine one and we can go ahead with the reservations. The rest of the due amount should be deposited at least 7 days prior to your departure from your country. On special request youcan also make the payment after your arrivaL in India, but before the commencement of services. This can be agreed upon as per the type of tour and the amount we have to pay in advance to the hotels and our other associate office for making the reservations.

We recommend that your travel bookings should be made 6-8 months in advance, especially if you are travelling between October- March (high tourist season) and May – June, the Indian holiday season. As Travel infrastructure in India has its limitation in comparison to the high season demand therefore we highly recommend booking your tour in advance. However, in the case of late/last minute booking, we should be able to accommodate depending on hotel availability.

Travel insurance is available and recommended to protect your travel investment. Many trips, such as tours and cruises, involve non-refundable funds paid months in advance. Travel insurance protects you from losing this investment. Perhaps even more important is the ‘during travel’ coverage and assistance that comes with the top-flight insurance companies we carry.
