Sharing my experience so others know what to expect. The Kerala trip organized through your company was honestly a huge disappointment. The cab arrived late, there was zero clarity in timing / schedule, and the itinerary was never handled professionally. The SS Beach Resort stay was terrible, and on the second day we barely used the cab but still paid ₹11,000 with no transparency in km usage or breakup.
A holiday is meant to be enjoyed, not spent managing service failures. Even after raising concerns, there is denial and no accountability. This kind of mismanagement and attitude is unacceptable, and I do not recommend booking with you.
